Submit a photo to From the Stall
There are a few rules and a few steps to follow to submit a photo for the From The Stall photo gallery.
By submitting a photo to the gallery, you completely agree to the following:
- I hereby grant to From the Stall LLC the exclusive, royalty free perpetual right to display and distribute my submission to the From the Stall website at www.fromthestall.com, or by email to doug@fromthestall.com.
- I hereby agree that my submission to From the Stall is solely my own and that only I own the rights/copyrights/trademarks to my submission, and I irrevocably grant From the Stall the exclusive right to use my submission in any merchandising, marketing, advertising, promotion or for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose.
- I represent and warrant that my entire submission is completely original to me and that no part of the submission is a copy of another work and my submission will not violate or infringe any right whatsoever.
- I hereby grant to From the Stall the right to edit my submission however they see fit, and to use my submission for royalty free publication in the book From the Stall, and on the website at www.fromthestall.com .
- I hereby agree that the information disclosed with the submission is truthful, accurate and correct to the best of my knowledge, including information about myself (name, address...etc.) as well as the information about the submission (location, comments...etc.).
- I hereby agree that my submission is in no way slander to any person or entity in any way.
- I agree that if a copyright infringement or violation infraction or slander issue occurs due to the content of my submission From the Stall is in no way liable.
If you choose to accept these terms and conditions, please move forward and submit your Name, your Email, your Photo of the bathroom stall graffiti, and where you took the photo. Please title the subject "Photo gallery submission". Any other information is also appreciated but will not be displayed on the website. If you do not want your name on the website please note that in the email.
